About Me
Hi I'm Cha Cha and I lOVE ZUMBA!! My sister introduced me to Zumba in 2007. She is an instructor in Richmond Va. and strongly suggested that I become an instructor. At that time I was a size 16-18 and thought I could never do something that would make me get out of my comfort zone; like move to my grandpa's music.
Now, the end results speak for themselves. By eating right and ZUMBA I have lost 62 lbs. and have kept it off! Another passion of mine is Zumba Toning; it is Zumba Super Charged with 2lb weights.
